The Information Technology Support Representative provides IT support to field technicians and office employees in the use of computer and cell phone hardware and software.




  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues while meeting specific IT performance measurements
  • Engage users on specific functions and needs around custom web and mobile applications
  • Assist in maintaining and managing all user facing hardware and accessories (PCs, display devices, tablets, multifunction printers, collaboration products, etc.)
  • Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
  • Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; or 2-4 years of experience in a IT support position
  • Play a strong role in configuring and maintaining PC’s, servers, laptops, tablets, smart phones to stringent company requirements
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while being responsible for ad-hoc tasks and planned project based work
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
